At least "the boss" wasn't there most of the day today, so I got to make some copies of some new exercises to do tonight.

I've been doing so well on my diet and my scale won't budge.

School starts in just over a week! Hard to believe summer went by so fast. I wish I had accomplished more during it.

I miss my kitty so much :(

Just blinking in before my workout. Probably be back later to do a more detailed entry. But maybe not. You know how I am.
